He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Stephens and Ruth Stephens (Yingling). He is survived by: his son Shaun Stephens; and his siblings, Ella Houghton (Tom), Kathleen Smith (Brad), Connie Berry (Jeff Durant) and Chaz Stephens (Dawn Figura). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the recent pandemic, all services will be private.
