He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Stevens and Anna Stevens (Bowers); his siblings, Charles, Robert Stevens, Shirley Legeza and Clara Bisch; his nieces, Diane Bisch and Lisa Lester; and his sister-in-law Georgann Kushner.

He is survived by: his wife Valli Stevens (Fedornock); his daughter Tiffany Stevens; his granddaughter Ryian Georgann Ross; and his sister-in-law Salli Weible.

The family suggest donations to the Humane Society or Disabled Veterans group.
