He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Grodensky and Christine Grodensky (Janesko); and his daughter-in-law Sandra Tulos. He is survived by: his wife Lena J. Grodensky (Tulos); his sons, Justin Grodensky (Lacey) and Matthew Tulos; his grandsons, Tyler, Elliott and Oliver; and his siblings, David, Jay Grodensky and Belva Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
