Sachleben (Thomas); her brother Walter Bielskie (Bernadine) of Hazleton; her daughter-in-law Dolores Gerhard; her grandchildren, Jeremy Gerhard (Marge), Shawn Gerhard (Christine), Candace Willis (Mark), James Lafey (Nadine), Christopher Lafey and Jacob Sachleben; and her great grandchildren, Kaedance, Haeleigh, Rhyse Gerhard, Aaron Williamson and James Robert Lafey.
