She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Varisano; her children, Mary Marie, Joseph Marie and Tina Marie; and her siblings, Nancy Sirianni, Mary Varisano, Louis Varisano and Vincent "Jimmy" Varisano.

She is survived by: her parent Angeline Ferarro Varisano; her spouse Walter J. Nalducci Jr.; her children, Walter Nalducci III (Meighan) of Pittsburgh, Lynne Szewczyk (Jim) and Julie Macintyre (Andrew); her grandchildren, Walter Nalducci IV, Teresa Nalducci, Peter Nalducci and Ella Anne Macintyre; and her sister Rose Varisano of Kane. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
