He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Rich and Margaret Rich Sr. (O'Connell); his former wives, Dolores Murphy of Bradford and Dolores Rich; his children, Robert Rich and Kathleen Feikls; and his siblings, Elizabeth Zetts, Tom Rich and William Rich.
He is survived by: his wife June Jack; his children, Tom Rich Sr. (Laura) of Kane, Rian Rich of Kane, Hugh Rich (Betsy) of Kane, Mike (Brenda Cleer) of Kane, Julianne Chittester of Kane, Annemarie Woodruff of Smethport and Mary Ellen Sicher (Gary Anderson) of Kane; his son-in-law Hank Feikls of Ludlow; and his sisters, Martha Hipchen of Chicago, IL and Ann Mongillo of Bradford. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
