She is survived by: her children, Matthew Bostaph (Carol) of Ingram and Andrea Bostaph; her grandmother Mema; her great grandchildren, Zach, Airanna, Shiann, Kadence, Wyatt and Gracie; her siblings, Daniel Bostaph (Nancy) of Moon Township, David Bostaph (Patty) of Crescent and Eric Bostaph (Donna) of Hopewell; and also, James Bayer (Casey), Greger Goins and Amber Newson.
