It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David F. Kelly of Karns City, Pennsylvania, born in Bruin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Kelly and Esther Bowser Kelly; his siblings-in-law, William J. "Jim" and Mae Klugh of Sugar Grove; his grandson Jeremy D. Kelly; his siblings, William Kelly and Marian Jack; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Dorothy Klugh.
He is survived by : his wife Dorothy E. "Dottie" Klugh Kelly; his children, Kevin R. Kelly (Sheree) of Bruin and Cindy L. Byers (Mike) of Karns City; his grandchildren, Travis E. Kelly of Chicora, Tessa M. File (Mark) of Karns City, Michaila G. Byers of Long Island, NY and Cassandra L. Swasey (Jim) of Cranberry Twp; his great grandchildren, Shaylin, Adelin, David, Dax and Emma; his stepgrandchildren, Melanie Everetts (Rob) of Chicora and Timothy Risinger of Butler; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alex, Miranda and Brayden.
