She was predeceased by : her parents, William B. McGarvey and Mary I. Early McGarvey; her husband Jack C. Williams; and her siblings, Madge L. Bowser, Eleanor B. Hazlett, Sarah M. Shaffer, Alda Edwards, William, Delmar and Stanley McGarvey.

She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy K. Williams of Karns City and Jacquelyn L. Williams of California.
