She was predeceased by : her parents, Claire J. "Cub" Smith and Betty Jane Campbell Smith; her daughter Dee Lynn; and her grandson Spencer. She is survived by : her sons, Marty Forsythe (Holly) of St. Petersburg, Brian Forsythe of Petrolia and Kirby Forsythe of St. Petersburg; her grandchildren, Wesley, Andrew, Alex and Chasiti; her great grandchildren, Gavin and Zaiden; and her siblings, Dixie, Marcia, Karen, Karla, Ross, Ken and Kevin. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters.
