He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Fennell and Annabelle Fennell (Meals); his brother-in-law Thomas Olcus; and his nephew Ryan Olcus. He is survived by : his wife Alice J. Olcus of Karns City; his children, Christina (Philip Double) of Sugarcreek Twp, Jennifer (Kevin Belles) of Butler, Roxanne (Gary Harp) of Meadville and William J. Fennell (Kimberly) of Karns City; his grandchildren, Andrew Double (Whitney) of Erie, Timothy Double (Brittany) of Wichita, KS, Jacob Belles of East Butler, Mitchell Belles of Flagstaff, AZ, Jonathan Fennell (Ashley) of Bloomington, IN, Jasmine Fennell (Sawyer Reed) of Karns City, Bradley Harp of Meadville and Steven Harp of Meadville; his great grandchild Gavin Double of Wichita; his siblings, Linda Duespohl (Don) of Chicora and John; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Olcus of Sugarcreek Twp and Jean Olcus of Chicora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Fennell family asks that memorials be made in Bill's name to St. Paul's Community Church, 2167 State Route 268, Chicora, PA 16025.
