He was predeceased by : his parent Edgar D. Bernhard. He is survived by : his spouse Jill R. Bernhard (Reifinger); his parent Mary Jane Bernhard (Castle); his son Dale N.; his siblings, David (Karen), Linda M., Kathy A and Theresa M.; his father-in-law Charles Reifinger; his sister-in-law Pam; his nieces, Dayna, Danielle, Jamie and Amber; and his nephew Blaine.
