She was predeceased by : her spouse George E. Henry; her parent Alvin Lutz; and her siblings, Garson, Clifford, Cleon Lutz and Myrtle Berk.

She is survived by : her parent Ida Lutz (Snyder); her children, Willis R. Henry (Elaine) of Kempton, Ernest A. Henry (Janice) of Hamburg and Julia P.; and her spouse Randy Derstine of Kempton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
