He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward Brock Sr. and Evelyn P. Cubbage; and his siblings, Patricia Ann and Kenneth Brock. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Kenneth, Curtis, Shane, Rhonda, Chevelle, Karen and Penny; his cousins, Cathy and Parnice; and his brother Tom Yates.
His sense of charity was never discussed although many benefited from his generosity.
