He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Czekai McGonigal; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Manfroni and Kathleen McGonigal. He is survived by: his father Wilson McGonigal; his wife Kathy; his sons, Eric McGonigal (Carla Dos Santos) of Monroeville and Greg McGonigal (Emma) of Kersey; his grandchildren, Ellie and Samantha; his brother Wilson McGonigal, Jr. of Green Castle; his uncle Bob; and his aunt Lois Czekai of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Krise Funeral Home - Kersey (339 Main St, Kersey, PA 15846). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Krise Funeral Home (339 Main St, Kersey, PA 15846).
