She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and Nettie; her husband John "Jake" T. Costello; and her brother Bruce Gerhard. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Moser (Joseph), Barbara Dougherty (Reinoehl) and Sharon Doherty (John); her grandchildren, Joseph (Amanda), Jennifer, Reinoehl (Jennifer), Kelly, Brendan (Kaitlyn), Devin and Erin (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, JoyElla, Savannah, Abigail and Ellie.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bacchi Funeral Home (805 DeKalb St, Bridgeport, PA 19405). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
