With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Mary Wertan of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 21, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Margaret may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent R. Wertan and Anna Agnes Wertan (Lewis); her brother Robert T. Wertan; and her close friend Lynn Otremski Albright. She is survived by: her siblings, Joanne Griffith (late William) and Vincent W. Wertan (MaryAnn). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bacchi Funeral Home (805 DeKalb St, Bridgeport, PA 19405). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150).
