He was predeceased by : his parents, Luciano "Charles" Amato and Margaret Mahalick Amato; and his wife Antoinette "Nettie" Dominick Amato. He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Hill, Forty Fort and Janine Dzanko (Charles) of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Leonard Brunza III (Marissa Janesko), Carla Pereida (Michael), Harding and Charles A. "Chad" Dzanko of Annapolis, MD; his great grandchildren, Alexa Pereida and Gianna Pereida; and his siblings, Anthony Amato of Evans, GA, Nina Kovacs West (Bernard) of Wyoming, Diane Amato and Upper Gwynedd. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
