He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Mandy; his wife Mary Ellen Slagle (Titus); his sons, Harry Jack Slagle Jr. and Jason Slagle; his daughters-in-law, Amanda Slagle and Deana Slagle; his grandchildren, David Hozier, Anthony Hozier, Tyler Slagle, Jacob Slagle, Meranda Slagle and Evan Slagle; his great grandchildren, Kallidora Hozier, Kalieghanna Davis, Lola Hozier, Kaison Davis and KaLauna Davis; his brothers, Russell, Daniel and Timothy Slagle; and also, Summer Davis, Shyanne Putman and Taylor Moats.
