He was predeceased by : his father Harold R. Bowser Sr. (Bud). He is survived by : his stepmother Viola T. Bowser; his stepbrother Monty Chapman Jr.; and his siblings, Harold R. Bowser Jr. (Buddy), Leslee Burch (Bob), Michele Carroll and Nina Rowan (Rex). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
