He was predeceased by : his parents, John W. Baker and Flora Alice Breth Baker; and his siblings, Robert Keith Baker, Mary Elizabeth Lucote and Margaret Louise Cope.

He is survived by : his wife Laura Mae Fulmer; his stepdaughter Rebecca Sue Kahle (Duane) of Shippenville; his niece Brandy Britenbaugh; and his nephews, David E. Fulmer, Jr., Abbygail, Katelynn and Matthew.

Use of masks and social distancing should be considered.
