She is survived by : her children, Tammy Cozad (Jeff) of Knox, Timothy Hartzell (Terri) of Knox and Tracy Kline of Knox; her grandchildren, Kylee Cozad, Katie Hoye (Scott), Andrew Hartzell (Nicole), Colin Hartzell (Haylee) and Maleea Kline; and her great grandchildren, Parker Jamison Hoye and Hudson Grove Hartzell.
