Hazel left this world on September 29, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Patterson and Velma Patterson (Forest); her daughter Marcella Irene Whitney Allen; and her siblings, Geraldine Lehman, Eddie, Richard (Leonard Patterson) and Sharon Loucks (Peggy Patterson).
She is survived by: her husband Judd; her children, Timothy Lynn Whitney (Deb) of Patterson, GA, Cindy McHenry (Ed) of Knoxville, Marian Butler (Tom) of Coudersport and Gordon Price (Karie) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Cathy Jo Ream, Bobbi Jo Allen, Jason Allen, Thomas L. Butler and Kendra Price; her great grandchildren, Alexandria Arlene Rodriguez, Gilbert Jake Mathews, Dylon, Tanner Kizis, River Price and Ellie Patelunas; and her brother Donald Patterson of Painted Post. She is also survived by 5 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kenyon Funeral Home (214 W Main St, Elkland, PA 16920). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Knoxville Deerfield Volunteer Fire Company, 107 Case St., Knoxville, PA 16928 or to the Knoxville VFW, 703 Boatman Rd., Knoxville, PA 16928.
