He was predeceased by: his parents, Tam Tran and Nhiu Tran; and his sister Houng Tran. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle A. Tran (Stires); his son Blake Stires of Kunkletown; his grandchildren, Lilianna Minicozzi and Addison Saidel; and his siblings, Tom Tran, Tho Tran, Cang Tran, Sen Tran and Tui Tran.
