He was predeceased by: his wife Leona L Smith (Getz); and his parents, Allison Smith and Irene Smith (Gower). He is survived by: his sons, Bryan K. Smith (Suzy Hahn) and Eric L. Smith; his brother Daryl Smith (Fern); and his nephew Tracy Brotzman (Denise).
