She is survived by: her children, Todd H. Milano (Diane) of Mountain Top, Melanie Jay Querio (Kenneth) of Kutztown, John C. Creswell of Allentown and Scot A. Creswell of Waymart; and her brother Donald Kutz (Mary Louise) of Carlisle.
