Nancy Butterbaugh Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2018, at the age of 69, Nancy Butterbaugh (Laceyville, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent Calvin Smith; and her son Joseph James Allen. She is survived by : her parent Estelle Smith; her spouse Lewis "Jim" J. Butterbaugh; her daughters, Brenda Louise Smiley of New Albany and Shelly Mae Dexter (Andrew) of New Albany; and her sisters, Linda Richmond (Harold) of Tunkhannock and Ann Hagerty (Carl) of Croydon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
