He was predeceased by : his father Peter; his brother Duane Allen Walter, Sr.; and his grandmother Nellie Walter Russick. He is survived by : his siblings, Robert Walter (Delilah VanHouten) of Laceyville, PA, Deborah Smith (Terry Williams) of Lime Hill, PA and Paul Walter of Wyalusing, PA; his niece Alexia Kintner; and his close friends, Rachel Burnside and Richard VanHouten. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
