It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Arlene Ney Taluba (Laceyville, Pennsylvania), born in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Harry Ney; and her siblings, Richard Ney, Dorothy Eveland and Anna Welles. She is survived by : her parent Ethel Chrispell Ney; her spouse Vincent J. Taluba; and her children, Gertrude, Trudi, Caines of Meshoppen, Frances, Fran, Bell (David Sr), John Taluba of Laceyville, Ronald Taluba (Ruth Oliver) of Meshoppen and Dayna Smith (Richard Jr). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
