He was predeceased by: his parent Andrew J. Mihok; and his son-in-law Derek Scanlon. He is survived by: his parent Margaret "Jean" Petrosky Mihok; his wife Carol Herlihy; his children, Andrea Scanlon of Honesdale, Suzanne Ya (Ravi) of New York, N. Y., Joseph Mihok (Eileen) of Schenectady, N. Y. and Jonathan Mihok; and his sister Jean Hunt of DuBois.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Allied Services Hospice, c/o Allied Services Foundation, 100 Abington Executive Park, Clarks Summit, PA 18417.
