She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Forcheskie; her parents, John W. Pierz and Bernice A. Pierz (Trypuc); and her brother John Walter Pierz Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth A. Strudler (Paul) of Fishkill, NY and Charles J. Koncewicz (Debbie); her grandchildren, Alexa, Pierce, James and Ashlie; and also, Carl Forcheski Jr. (Joan), Gail Melillo (Lawrence), Caroline Forcheskie Lupo, Karen Dinunzio (Robert), Katharine Venuti (Ross), Sarah Forcheski, Lauren Boninfante (Joseph), Andrew Melillo (Katie), Christopher Lupo (Courtney), Michael Lupo (Anna), Emily Dinunzio, Amanda Dinunzio, Anna Melillo, Isabella Melillo, Colton Lupo, Elias Lupo and Julian Lupo.
