He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Pollack and Adeline Pollack. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Bimbo (Steven) of Wurtsboro, NY, Eric Pollack and Kurt (Gina) of Beach Lake; his grandchildren, Christopher and Erica Pollack; and his brothers, Royal Hogg and Bruce Pollack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
