We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2018, at the age of 66, Deborah Vasilik (Lake City, Pennsylvania), born in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deborah Vasilik to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Harold L. McNeish; and her son-in-law Charles "Charlie" Smith. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy McNeish (Johnson); her husband Andrew "Andy" Vasilik Sr.; her children, Roxanne Smith, Andrew "Andy" Vasilik Jr. (Lisa) and Robert "Bob" Vasilik (Marni Ross); her siblings, Carol Vinroe, Clyde McNeish Sr., Raymond "Skeeks" McNeish and Kevin McNeish (Lisa); her grandchildren, Aaron, Alex "Chub", Adam, Alyssa and Adeline Vasilik; and her close friend Pam Mead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
