Wormuth, Jody (Theron Chris Evanitsky), Billiejo Wormuth and RJ Wormuth; his grandchildren, Trysten Evanitsky, Kaydin Stephens-Wormuth and Nova Catania; his siblings, Juanita Macknik, Ronald Wormuth (Barbara), Raymond Wormuth (Marilynn), Gerald Wormuth (Mary), Maurice Wormuth (Sherry), Jean Whitmore (Hank), Charles Wormuth (Sara), Barbara Zupa (John), Kevin Wormuth (Judy Ellis), Robin Ignatovich (Paul) and Scott Wormuth (Jodi); his wife Jane M. Wenk Wormuth; and his siblings, Donna Guthrie and Lyndon Wormuth. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
