He was predeceased by : his sister Jacqueline; his father-in-law Kenneth Kubina; and his grandparents, Simone, Noel Pouliot, Edwin and Terese Schultz.
He is survived by : his wife Jaime Pouliot (Kubina); his parents, Fernand Joseph and Karen Terese Pouliot (Schultz) of Old Bridge, NJ.; his children, Jaryn Pouliot of Lakeville, Jaedan and Jaxton Pouliot of Lakeville; his brother Michael Pouliot (Melissa) of Old Bridge; his mother-in-law Mary Kubina (Jerry Cucchiara) of Howell, NJ; and his sister-in-law Erin MacIntyre (Dan) of Freehold. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Sacred Heart or the Pouliot family to assist with expenses.
