Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Ann (Kubala) Fouchet (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 82, on November 10, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Kubala (Sobeck) and John Kubala Jr.; her son Mark Fouchet; her brothers, John Kubala III and Ronald Kubala; her brother-in-law James Krady; and her nephew John Kubala IV.
She is survived by: her husband Andre; her daughters, Lisa (Timothy Heuston) of Lancaster and Jennifer (Douglas Cummings) of Troy; her grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Adam Heuston, Hailey and Kara Cummings; and her sisters-in-law, Madeline Krady and Shirley Kubala. She is also survived by four nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church (119 S Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn's memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Tandem Living (Trillium Place).
