As Elaine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elaine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice S. Welk and Sara Graybill Welk; and her siblings, Virginia Welk, Irene Graham, Alta Strawser, Dale and Maurice Welk.
She is survived by: her sisters, Erma Strawser of New Providence and Marlene Fromm of Christiana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shivery Funeral Home (111 Elizabeth St, Christiana, PA 17509). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
