She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Oquendo and Julia Oquendo (Pena); and her siblings, Margie, Johnny and Carlos.
She is survived by: her husband Hector Surita; her son Hector L. Surita, Jr.; her close friends, Lisa, Kenneth Surita, Shannon Surita and Autumn; her grandchildren, Aly, Devon, Dylan and Carina; and her siblings, Millie, Julia, Angel, Manny and Mickey.
