He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Foulk and Carolyn Foulk (Worst); his daughter Valerie Byorick; and his sisters, Peg Pearson and Jean Zellers.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail A. Foulk; and his children, Darrin Foulk and Janet Sandillon.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Reality Church (2301 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601).
