He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ernest and Ethel May Schueing Groff; his stepdaughter Jamie Stone; and his siblings, Howard, Frank, Bill, Harold and Sarah Groff.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Groff of Lancaster, Jessica Webre and Jeremy Groff of Lancaster; his stepdaughter Staci Null; and his siblings, Roy Jr. (Hilda Groff) of Lancaster County, Mary Emma Phipps of Lancaster County, Blanche Slinger of Lancaster County, Phianna (Ed Kanuha) of Lancaster County and Pauline (Charles Hanna) of Lancaster County. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
