She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton K. Caruthers and Virginia S. Trissler Caruthers; her husband John Zabolotny; and her brothers, Elvin and Alton Caruthers.

She is survived by: her brother Earl Caruthers, Sr. (Mary Ann Caruthers); and her nephews, Earl Caruthers, Jr. (Roberta Caruthers) and Carl Caruthers (Jody Caruthers).
