He is survived by: his wife Chrystine Y. Anderson (Rineer); his children, Tracey Whitney (Robert) of Lancaster, David Anderson (Mark Bright) of Cumming, GA, Tammy Anderson (Francki DiFrancesco) of Gaithersburg, MD and Terri (Eric Hellman) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, Tyler Whitney, Devin Whitney, Megan Whitney and Leah Hellman; his great grandchildren, Hunter and Alexander Whitney; and his brother Richard Anderson (Joan) of Davenport, IA..
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church (36 Church St, Lititz, PA 17543). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
