She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foutz and Harriett Foutz (Peck). She is survived by: her children, Chylar Cunningham and Kelvin Cunningham; her siblings, Carol Foutz Eden, Pamela Foutz Shaub and David Foutz (Vicki); and her siblings' children, Sierra Shaub, Savannah Kirkner, Nicole Foutz, David Aument, Michael Aument and Ryan Foutz. She is also survived by four great-nieces and four great nephews.
