He was predeceased by: his parents, Primitivo Navarro, Sr. and Nereida Gonzalez. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Torres; his children, Karin Navarro (Joseph Rodriguez) of Lancaster, Melvin (Angelina Navarro) of Ocala, Kevin (Naovelin Navarro) of Lancaster and Kency (Julissa Navarro) of Puerto Rico; and his sister Cruz Navarro of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Melanie B. Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services (317 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lancaster Hispanic Seventh-Day Adventist Church (346 E Clay St, Lancaster, PA 17602).
