He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hotchkiss and Afton Hotchkiss; and his brother Robert Hotchkiss (Sue). He is survived by: his brother John (Helen); his sons, Derek Hotchkiss (Tamie) and Brian Hotchkiss (Amber); his grandchildren, Jakob, Devon, Nathan and Gavin Hotchkiss; and his siblings-in-law, James and Linda Uniatowski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association.
