He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Berlin and Barbara Berlin. He is survived by: his wife Christina A. Berlin; his children, Jack of Philadelphia, PA, Jamie of Landenberg and Jennifer Reynolds of Chadds Ford, PA; his siblings, John of Portland, OR, Richard (Billie Jo) of Las Vegas, NV, Robert (Lisa) of Westport, CT, Barbara Nielsen (Randy) of Quincy, MA and Anne of Bedford, NH.; and his son Him. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
