He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Glenn Lewis, Jr and Geraldine M. Lewis; his sister Charlene; his sister-in-law Marsha Lewis; his stepdaughter Dawn Deveney; and his daughter-in-law Ruth Ellis.
He is survived by: his close friend Donna Lewis; his children, Amy Wise (Mark), Molly Hayes (Sean) and Douglas Deveney (Kathleen); his brothers, Robert Lewis (Ann) and Alan Lewis; and his son-in-law Ray Ellis. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and a quite loving extended family.
