Lease, Jr.; her daughters, Mindy Slusser (Richard), Gennifer Hoffman (Gregory) and Veronica Harper (Nick); her grandchildren, Kaylee Harper, Brice Cummings and Isis Harper; her sisters, Cindy Rhan, Penny Rhan and Jodi Nye; and her niece Susan Miller.
