He is survived by : his wife Karen Burghardt; his sons, Adam (Kelli), Michael (Nicole), Dustin (Kat) and Keith (Kendall); his mother Barbara Rushton (Al); his sisters, Barbara Kocher (Bill) and Susan Schultz; and his grandchildren, AJ, Michael, Abigail and Greyson. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and close family and friends.
