He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Campbell and Helen Lutie Myers; and his daughters, Carol, Cheryl Campbell and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Woods Campbell; his children, Decker, John (Lynnda) and Arthur Campbell; his stepdaughter Marianne Morgan (Adrian); his grandchildren, Nathan, Kaydee Campbell, Gareth (Amanda) and Rhianon Morgan; and his great grandchild Cade Morgan.
